What you will do:
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and proper functioning
- Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
- Plan and monitor routine vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with security personnel, driver, receptionist, messenger
We are looking for you who:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or any related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general affair
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SAP system
- Preferably have experience in the F&B industry
