What you will do:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure availability and proper functioning
  • Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Plan and monitor routine vehicle maintenance
  • Coordinate with security personnel, driver, receptionist, messenger

We are looking for you who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or any related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in general affair 
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SAP system
  • Preferably have experience in the F&B industry
